Rights and duties
Learn your rights and duties as a member and take an active part in the ethical and professional consolidation of chiropractic in Chile.
Article seven
Rights
Active members have the right to:
- Elect the authorities of the Association and be elected.
- Participate with voice and vote in assemblies.
- Submit projects or proposals on matters of professional or institutional interest.
- Enjoy all the benefits established in the statutes.
- Request the Association’s protection and defence in cases of professional abuse.
Article six
Duties
Active members have the duty to:
- Practise the profession in strict compliance with its ethical, moral and legal standards.
- Know and comply with the Association’s Statutes, Regulations and Code of Ethics, and abide by the rulings of the Honour Tribunal and Disciplinary Tribunals.
- Attend meetings and assemblies and cooperate with the work of the Association.
- Pay the joining fee and the ordinary and extraordinary fees.
- Sign the register of members and inform the Association of changes of address or other personal details.
